I am able to set the Date Format to "yyyy-mm-dd" in the AR User Tool by setting the Custom Format to "yyyy-mm-dd" in the Locale tab under Tools >Options but this is setting is only specific to my machine. If I want to do the same setting site wide for more than 1300 users is it possible by some way. Please let me know.
