Hi,

I suggest you to update the values you want before the data goes to the archive
form.

If the original record is deleted, set the field value in a filter 'on Delete'.

Else you can try to use a Direct SQL action that probably will elude the
control of archive forms.

Subject: RES: Escalations 0n Archive Forms

Hi,

I think that I've already know what's happenin' ...

My Escalation try to change a value (Set Field Action) on an ARCHIVE Form...
But Archive Forms can't be modified ...

And I think that it's because this that I can't run the Escalation.

I remember that when I tried to change manually the value on the Archive
form... Appeared the below message:

"Cannot modify or create entries in an Archive or Audit form."

And now? What Can I do?

Hi!

You must turn on FLTR and possibly SQL logging to understand what happens.
Put everything into the same file.

The Set-Fields action triggers a modify on the 000000000001998 ticket, and
I suspect that some filter or pattern check stops the transaction.

Try setting the value manually on 000000000001998 through AR User.
