Here are your options as I see them:

(1) 
You should really triple-check for existence of "Business Time Workdays" and
"Business Time Holidays"  forms. 
If you really don't thave them, I would think you can import them. If you
want somebody can email you the def file. Then add records to them and use
the old commands "Application-Bus-Time-Add". As Harry suggested. Once you
have the forms, this may be the easiest way to do this for you. No need to
deal with segments.

Note that this command does NOT look at segments in "Business Time Segment"
form.

(2)
If you want to use the Business Time 2.0 commands with "Business Time
Segment" form, use this command

Application-Bus-Time2-Add 

...that takes these parameters (described in "config" guide, but not in
"workflow objects" guide)...

"<start date time>" "<end date time>" "<amount to add>" "<unit of the
amount>" "<bus time segment for workdays>" "<bus time segment for holidays>"
