You need to run the utility that populates the EIE:VendorFieldNames with the 
field names from your file.

filehelper -ax <ARServerName> -al Login -ap Password -ar port -fn <Path to the 
file on the local machine> -d

There is additional information about this in the configuring section of the 
AIE Admin guide.
