ITSM 7, Mid-tier vs Remedy User, Differences?

Hello,

Is there a doc that highlights differences in how ITSM 7 functions for the end-user via mid-tier versus Remedy User tool?

Or, if anyone knows of any main differences and could share that info, it would be appreciated. 

I am particularly wondering about  the viewing of Crystal Reports from within Remedy.... I know in 6.x we were unable to use the Reports function to run Crystal Reports using mid-tier; had to use Remedy User to run these.
