Job Description and Responsibilities:    Systems Administrator - ISD
PPR 70

Installs new software releases, patches and upgrades.  Resolves software
related problems.  Maintains software and system configurations.
Modifies existing processes with direction of guidance.  Follows
documented escalation procedures.  Participates in war rooms with
direction and guidance.  Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts,
practices and procedures within the contact center field.      
Job Requirements:        

1. Immediate project management:  work with customer on establishing
requirements to solve business issues, run intra-team projects, project
organization, flowcharting ability to execute all components of
methodology
2. Basic to intermediate knowledge of O/S concepts (Windows, HPUX, AIX),
networking concepts, client/server concepts, hardware/software
architectural concepts
3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of database concepts
4. Basic to intermediate knowledge of application maintenance, basic
scripting knowledge
5. Ability to use problem solving skills to quantify business and
technical issues, quickly and thoroughly

Additional Preferred Qualifications

1. Ability to effectively provide update status for project tracking and
participates in intra team projects
2. Understanding of software management
3. Ability to create, maintain and follow documented processes
4. Knowledge of contact center systems and components:  reporting,
knowledge management, incident management, email management
5. Customer service skills
