PPR 72

Assists the Contact Center business in determining which business
requirements can be automated and/or integrated with existing business
and technical processes.  Assists with creating technical specifications
for system evaluation and supports the development of high-level project
definitions providing initial time and cost assessments.  Works closely
with the customer to establish requirements to solve business issues.
Assesses user-interface 'usability' and 'ease of use'.       
Job Requirements:        

1. Intermediate project management - work with customer on establishing
requirements to solve business issues, run intra-team projects, project
organization, flow-charting ability to execute all components of
methodology
2. Ability to conduct customer and vendor communication - excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
3. Broad knowledge in retail business operations and contact center
operations
4. Working knowledge of the organization's contact center systems and
expertise in the contact center business area
5. Ability to work closely with customers and document their needs,
processes and issues to present within ISD

Additional Preferred Qualifications

1. Ability to determine course of action to solve  problems to satisfy
customer needs
2. Ability to write DOUs and proposals
3. Creates and facilitates presentations to diverse types of audiences
4. Knowledge of contact center systems and components - reporting,
knowledge management, incident management, email management
