In case you don't have enough options yet, I too
have done something similar. My
escalation executes a notify action. The text field something like this:
Schema: mySchema
Server: $SERVER$
User: myMailUser
Key: myKey
Action: Query
Result Template: myResultTemplate
Qualification: '('7' = "Unassigned" OR
'7' = "Open" OR '7' = "Re-Opened" )
