They should put an active link on the Product Name field to do a wildcard search. If you try to hit the dropdown, it takes something like three minutes for anything to show up, then you have to scroll through a big list. That way if you type in "Incident" in the field you can get a faster list than waiting for every single product BMC has ever supported or thought about writing to appear. They also need to extend the data that we can see on those defects. In many, the Summary field is not descriptive enough, so if we could have access to the Description field, that would also be very helpful.
