Hi, I do not know exactly what happened. I suspect a filter that pushes some fields to the form "CTM:People Permission Groups", if I read the message right.
1. You may have a filter triggering on merge that does something. You should disable or remove the merge-checkbox on all merge filters of the forms you are running this on. 2.
