Hi Kathy
A couple of extra points for the AL Guide method: 1) If there's only one active link, you don't actually need to include it in the guide - just specify it as the Starting Active Link. 2) The text in the AL Guide Label field is what shows up as the link on your home page Regards. Set the Display Order field to control its position in your application list. Go to the default view of the form, Current View. Properties and the Aliases and Labels tab to set the text of the entry point to be used in the application list. This link will open your form in the default view. The other method which is useful if you want to open a form in a view other than the default view is to use an Active Link Guide. Create an active link to open the form in the mode and view you want using the Window Open action. Create an Active Link Guide and add this active link to the Guide. Check the Entry Point checkbox on the AL Guide and set the Display Order and Starting Active Link. After making either of these changes, close and re-open your home page to view the new links.
