Responsibilities * Draft application and process specific training documentation * Conduct requirements gathering workshops around training needs and deliverables * Communicate strategies and best practices for training in the customer environment * Design custom or product-based training guides, job aides, labs, slides, etc * Demonstrate BMC Remedy ITSM suite to customers * Respond to customer requests for training information and guidance * Estimate level of effort to design or train on BMC Remedy product suite * Draft proposals and statements of work for training solutions * Provide technical assistance in a pre-sales capacity to scope training opportunities Melissa Wish Corporate Recruiter Column Technologies, Inc.
