I just had some issues with portmapper and the plug-in server previously. As far as I know this is possible - I know the filter API is used to read/write to the ar.conf/ar.cfg. You may need to do this though - I had to do it to get it to work - add this line to your ar.conf/ar.cfg: Check the KB article 21028 (search for "remedy 8760")

Java path seems right, server is licensed, and everything can be accessed on the server just fine from both User and Administrator. Any ideas on the problem?
