Hi All, Please suggest me some solutions for the following requirement...
I have an custom application in server1. This is a kind of application to get approvals for getting various new/modify access for new hire/ existing employees. In the end of the workflow our application needs to create incidents in the service desk application which is present in the server2. I want, my parent incident is like to get various access for the employee and my child incidents will be for exanple to get access for VPN, get access for SAP.. etc...Since various access permissions will take care by different support persons., i want all the sub task as child incidents.To monitior all this sub task, i need one master incident.. Is there any way to implement this? i saw that task templates are useful for this kind of requirements. anyway, just want to check with the listers to get any alternate and easy solutions? Any ideas ????
