I'm getting "ARERR [8755] The specified plug-in does not exist. : REMEDY.ARF.CAI" when trying to submit request through the requestor console. Searching through old posts I see that for others the problem was a missing libcaieventcmd.so I'm looking for this file, can someone tell me where I can find it? Looking at the patch 6 install directoy I see every version of that file except one for windows. Any help appreciated.
