Is it safe to assume that you have performed the necessary configuration of the CAI plugin for the Requester Console that is a post installation task for ITSM 7?

Searching through old posts I see that for others the problem was a missing libcaieventcmd.so I'm looking for this file, can someone tell me where I can find it? Looking at the patch 6 install directoy I see every version of that file except one for windows. Any help appreciated.
