Okay, I have my submitter mode set to Locked and has been for quite some time.
I have a user though, that has a read license, and when she goes to create a ticket, she's getting the following error: ARERR [8932] You do not have write license It is true she doesn't, but if your submitter mode is locked, then you don't need a license. What am I missing?
