Hi, Is it possible to run Adhoc reports and export the results to an excel spreadsheet from the Mid Tier? We are on 7.x ITSM and AR System.? I see the canned reports that seem to be an option to?export - which did not work - we received an error.? I was looking for a technical guide to show us how this is done.? I have never used the mid tier to export "ad hoc" reports - I've always used the client.? Is this functionality to export adhoc and canned reports to excel available on the web?
