(i.e. can there an Incident with Urgency = Critical but have Priority = Low?) TIA. ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" Visit our website at http://www.ubs.com This message contains confidential information and is intended only for the individual named.
