So....we turned on the "Advanced Search" option on all views of the
HPD:Help Desk form in IM 7.03.
 
And we've flushed the cache, etc, on the mid-tier - but for some reason
the "Advanced Search" is always grayed out/disabled.
 
What gives?  I feel like I'm missing something stupid but it's been one
of those weeks....
