metro accessible client in Washington, DC.  Qualified candidates will have 
upgrade experience from 5.x to 6.x on a Unix platform.  Candidates should also 
have experience working directly with users to gather and implement new 
requirements.  





Remedy Developer / Analyst / Administrator



Our client is seeking a Remedy Administrator / Analyst / Support Individual to 
act as the lead Application Administrator for our Remedy implementation used to 
support our Operations Center and Customer Service staff in the United States, 
Canada, and Western Europe.  This position requires 3+ years of administration 
experience with Remedy applications and technical support center processes.  A 
four-year college degree in business or a technology related field is desired.

The preferred candidate will have the ability to perform day-to-day operational 
support functions within Remedy, including client, server and application 
administration and must be able to communicate with end users to resolve 
issues.   

The candidate will need experience in creating technical specifications based 
on application end-user feedback and analysis of business workflow with the 
goal of optimizing and automating Operation Center and Customer Care processes.

The candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable 
providing end user training.

·       Responsible for Remedy Client and Server Administration / Support

2     Responsible for Training and End User Support

·       Responsible for Application Requirements Definition, Testing, and 
Documentation

·       A strong understanding of Ticketing Process Flows, Business Processes 
and Data Integration

·       Minimum of 3 years experience required (5-7 preferred) in Remedy / 
Remedy Administration 

·       Advanced Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written, Advanced 
Interpersonal Skills, and a High Degree of Initiative in Interacting With Users.

·       An understanding of IT/IS Policies, Practices and Procedures 

·       Experience in a Technical Support/Helpdesk Environment a plus

 

Additional skill sets of interest include:

·       Knowledge of and experience in Internet services architecture and 
web-based programming languages in order to design, develop, implement and 
manage complex web sites related to Internet service offerings, trouble tickets 
& financial reporting. 







·       Working experience with multiple data sources (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle), 
link servers and the ability to design, implement & query complex databases.







·       Experience with Web development, HTML, JAVA, JAVA script, .NET & ASP.
