Well, it's all about what a willing seller and a willing buyer will agree to. I don't see the logic in working for that kind of rate - many perm jobs pay more, with full benefits. I guess pathetically low rates like this will be offered as long as qualified people accept them. Others have to make their own choices, but times would have to be pretty bad for me to do so.
