Hi All - we are going to be moving to ITSM 7 in the next few months but we wanted to verify some things before we go too far & have to do a lot of rework. What we wanted to verify was the Product Catalog. We are assuming that the CMDB, Incident (Assignment & Resolution), Change, Knowledge Management, ... use the same catalog (e.g., if we add something it is available in all the modules). Is that correct or am I way off base? Thanks!!! ________________________________
