David,
What is the BMC Support standpoint if a customer uses the sample code from the support site and has issues with it? E.g. compiling, crashes the arplugin server etc? This capability is still supported an the white paper provides additional information to individuals wishing to take advantage of the interface. I'm not sure what your question is asking, but the interface continues to be supported. No major changes have been made to the interfaces since AR System 7.0.01. -David J.
