Has anyone else seen a 5% increase across the board on AR System maintenance costs from BMC? Our annual maintenance is up this month and the quote I got has a 5% increase on every single line item (server and user licenses). We were not notified in advance of this increase and I have e-mailed BMC about it but I wanted to find out what the listers out there know about it.
