it depends on what your application supports. If your application can consume a webservice, you could publish a webservice in remedy and consume the webservice from your application. You could send as many values as you want to remedy and remedy could return multiple values in the response back to your application. If you are trying to send mulitple values from remedy to your application, yes you could consume multiple values to your application.
