LOL - John, I feel that way to sometimes. To address the question, I have not seen nor expect to ever see a commercial book addressing Remedy and the CMDB. I have seen books for Crystal Reports. I have never ordered or read any of them so I don't know if any of them are useful, but at least they exist. Harry
