Steve, Take a survey yourself and note the url when you're taking it. It's opening to the results page because of the form name you're using, i.e. form=SRM%3aSurvey You ought to be able to take the survey and reference a specific survey record, eid=SRV000000000190, by substituting in the survey record number you're looking for.
