Daniele,

Check your workflow on that form for Window Open actions to see if any of the 
active links set to fire on Window Open or any AL's as a part of a guide set to 
fire on Window Open, would cause the window to open in a view other than the 
default view.

And then check that view and the properties of that table field on that view....
