Does anyone know of a bug in Escalations? As soon as I disable Escalations the server processes level off and life is good except my escalations do not work of course. I enable Escalations and the memory runs up and the ARS server dies. ?

Also if you go into the admin tool and limit the number of records returned to 10k or so, then that will reduce the memory growth. Do a status <= open or something like that, a not equal to will do a table scan every time. Does anyone have a recommendation of the best way to update all open tickets every 5 minutes other than an escalation? The escalation seems to fill the memory up and kill the server and my interval does not work correctly.
