Hopefully David Easter can answer these ones... - Is there a user guide pdf for the Release Mgmt 7.5 (or 7.5.1) application? I don't see any such document in the BMC support web site... If there is none currently available, will there be one in the near future?
- The Change Mgmt 7.5.1 has a very significant new feature, i.e. the phase management added to the Task Mgmt. Is there any plan to have a BMC Remedy Change Management 7.5.1 Users Guide ? Or are the ITSM 7.5.1 release notes the only publicly available information on this new feature? Seems to me like a good idea to have a new 7.5.1 Change Mgmt user's guide, it is "cleaner".
