My question is 1: I have to make two remedy servers communicate 2: if there is a ticket raised in one remedy server it should be create entry in another server. 3: I have to create interface between two servers can you please suggest me the possible ways to achieve this

Firebird is a pop3 email receiver. You can create an account on the same server where Firebird is pulling the information. Set up the Email engine for POP3 and set it up to access that new account.
