All, I hope this note finds everyone well. I have an issue with the Analytics canned reports and the URL they in bed in the report.
For example if you open the change report 03 (if forgot the title) and refresh it from my system (or any system other then the out of box data). The link created for the Change ID references a BMC server called svl-atrium-02.labs.bmc.com (“ http://svl-atrium-02:8080/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=CHG:Infrastructure%20Change&server=svl-atrium-02.labs.bmc.com&username=wh5678&pwd=fred&qual=%27Change%20ID*%2B%27%3D%22CRQ000000000003%22 ”) I have looked at all of the Analytics docs and am lost on how to change the reference to the BMC server to the in house one.
