There is a support-provided downloadable tool that allows you to "force" a new admin-enabled record for just such an occassion. You'd be far from the first person to blow away their admin-enabled accounts and get locked out.
Check the support site, or some other kind soul might post an external link to their personal copy. Once you get it, keep that tool handy.
