Subject: How to expand BMC banner in the form header?

Hi,

I added new fields on a OOB form and needed to extend the BMC Banner
found
on top of the form (This is the blue banner with the "BMC REMEDY IT
SERVICE
MANAGEMENT - xxxxxx and the area where you can find the Help and
bmcsoftware). I tried to go Form > Manage Views > Form Properties >
Appearance tab and tried to Save the image to disk thinking that I will
be
able to modify the image but when I saved this a .bmp image, i got this
error message: "No Image Conversion will take place. Save anyway?" I
clicked
"Yes". When I accessed the file, it gave me the error: "file not found".

Has anyone modified the banner before? Can you guide me on how to do
this?
Is there an existing file created on install that I can modify?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Tina
