Has anyone integrated Remedy with Oracle Analytics? Any direction or even confirmation that this can be done would be appreciated. It seems they may have bought the product from Seibel, and renamed it, but to what I don't know?
My web search hasn't produced much, and Oracle site is useless finding anything of value. PS: No one knows why they wrote Oracle analytics into the requirements when they are going with Remedy, and BMC has a made-to-fit solution. Welcome to my world.
