Hi Mark, I knew I didn't explain this right. :-)
I need it to be in the Item field $Item$; $Item$: etc and Services Affected field $Services$; $Services$; etc. The idea is that the user wants to make a change to more than one device and notify the selected group about what "Services" will be affected for the change time frame...and they don't want to submit multiple tickets.
