Sorry I created the notifications rather than use the template ones. My apologies.Regarding the group names I meantsomeone in our system had created the group names with the same name as the id, so for example if the group id is 900001 then the group name was the same but the long group name was set to for example SAP Support.All notifcations in this case failed. the name of the group has to be the same as appears when you do the assignment. thanks shafqat
