From the Remedy server where the Remedy service cannot start, are you able to 
ping the database server by hostname?

I tried the 2 server use ARAdmin/AR#Admin# to access the DB, and all worked,
I think not the ARAdmin accout problem. 
I roll back to the older database which worked fine before, and the server
cant be start either...
