I am new to web services and have a question. We have a vendor who has a different Help Desk application and wants us to send data from our HPD:HelpDesk form to their server through a web service. After reading the documentation I see that Remedy can consume and publish web services but I do not see a way for remedy to send data to an external web service. Does this have to be accomplished outside of remedy like through .net, or java? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
