What Database are you using? If you are using Oracle you may want to check out a Remedy white paper "Oracle's Cursor Sharing for BMC Remedy Products".

Have you checked running the queries that happen directly from the database? I realize that it depends on a heck of lot of variables but let us for the time being assume all other factors being the same, what kind of response times do you get on your systems when You click on say for example Requestor Console from the home page Click on the Incident Managment Console Click on Search from the Incident Management Console Try to create a new request starting from the home page if any of you have ever timed these operations and would not mind sharing the data I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks in advance Shafqat Ayaz _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor:rmisoluti...@verizon.net ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
