Years ago when I was at University of Oklahoma, I created a form that stored timestamp of login and logout. Every login created a new record, every logout found the last record and set the exit time. I then had my student employees login to Remedy as soon as the came on shift and log out when they went off shift. Not fancy but it worked.
IF the people you are tracking don't do Remedy as a standard part of there day you could do an end user form that they put in their name or employee id then click "Clock In" or "Clock Out" and have that do the same idea. Timestamp is your friend ;)

Does anybody know of a good time-card system for employees clocking in and out, that integrates into Remedy?
