Most time systems use a standard RDBMS. If you are yet to pick a time card 
system, I would suggest picking one that can be installed on the same type of 
database that your ARS is on so that reading the contents of the time system 
data would not be more complicated than it should be..

What sort of integration are you looking for? I'm guessing assignment of 
tickets based on if the employee has already clocked in?

If it is something like that it may involve writting a DB trigger or a stored 
proceedure from the time card database to update ARS..
