You could do a run process passing in the record that contains the html in a
char field. Then have the program log into remedy, pull that field and dump
its contents to a file. You could then either email that file to the user
or re-attach it to the record in question (attachment field) and then use
normal Remedy workflow to give them the file.

Subject: Export to html/text file

** Hi listers,

I have a char field that its content is a html code. I am showing this
content as a page in a view field to the user, but the user would like to
have the option of saving this "report" in a file (html) and/or printing
this "report". This workflow has to work in midtier also, so OLE is not an
option.

Any ideas?

Thanks and regards,

Roger
