Hi All, Our remedy application is used by different clients and we have a requirement to create a tool that would create the defined searches without them actually doing it in the form through the admin tool.
I am trying to look for the best approach to create a small app to help the client admin create these searches and also if they import new remedy def files from us they could use this tool to recreate the searches (make sense) Is there remedy api call that could set this - I saw the information is saved as a display property? Can AR System Search Preference form be used in any way? Directly updating the DB? Need some guidance - not sure if I am totally off base...
