Sri, This is a completely custom application built in ARS Remedy 4.3 and NOT an Out of the box application. All the customer wants is to upgrade it to the latest version 7.5 patch 3.
As I already mentioned there is version difference as we are upgrading ARS. Any ideas what will be the issues ?
