Hi Robert, The environment details are -- ARS7.5 Patch3, Oracle10g, Solaris SPARC. I set the header template in the ARSystem Email Configuration form & the html tagged(without the html & body tags) message in the Email Message Body of the SYS:Notification Messages form. The mail I got as a result of thess settings consists of header template & few lines of the html code which I pasted in the SYS:Notification Messages form.
