I believe the sort order is based on the default order for the form(s) the
service is built against.

FYI: I have never seen a web service that allows you to send a parameter to
control the output sort order. Have them give you an example of one.

Subject: Sort Order for Web Service

**
Does anybody know of a way to change the sort order from/for a web service?  I
created a web service for our web team who is building a reporting console for
their users.  They can filter records based on a few different parameters.
They would like to have the ability to control the sort order based on
parameters so they do not have to load all of the records, sort them on their
side and then display the results.  They think I am crazy when I tell them
there is not a way to do this with Remedy web services and that this is a
fundamental function of any web service.

Thanks,
Jason
