Thanks Fred! It is true that the form soft order controls the web service sort order. Problem is they they want to choose the sort order and order by column at run time.
Good idea, I'll throw it back to them and as for an example. I really only know web services from a Remedy point of view so they could tell me that the WS is supposed to make their morning coffee and I would take their word for it.
