Hello Listers,
I'm having problem defining icons for instances of a class
(BMC_Computersystem).
I did as instructed in "Defining icons for a class" section of
Atrium CMDB Administrator guide. If I use a selection attribute to
define "ComponentQual" the related icon is displayed in Atrium
Explorer - but when I use a Character attribute I was unable to
receive the corresponding icon in Atrium Explorer (e.g
$OwnerName$="Test").
Is anyone having the same problem or am I doing something wrong?
Any suggestions please?
(Remedy ITSM 7.6 on Windows 2k3, MS SQL 2005, Tomcat)
